Full-time/Part-time Dentist Wanted at The Happy Smiles in Fort Lauderdale, FL

We have a fantastic opportunity for a general dentist who is very friendly, patient-centric, growth-oriented, and highly motivated!

Duties:

The associate dentist is responsible for providing dental care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.

This position requires the ability, willingness and desire of all dentists to work independently as well as with others.

Detailed job duties include:

• Provide dental care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide comprehensive oral health services including: examinations, treatment planning, patient education, referrals, follow-up visits.

Job Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license
• 1 years of clinical experience working in a dental practice
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary is $200k-$300k per year based on experience and performance.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday on Call Saturday
