Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Location: Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits


Position Overview:

Are you an energetic and skilled Physical Therapist passionate about helping people overcome orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions? We’re seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team in New Jersey.

In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, evidence-based clinical setting with a strong emphasis on individualized care, functional outcomes, and professional development. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a motivated new grad, we offer the mentorship, tools, and caseload diversity to help you thrive.

Your Role:

  • Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic conditions: post-surgical, sports injuries, chronic pain, joint dysfunctions, and musculoskeletal impairments
  • Developing evidence-based, personalized plans of care with short- and long-term functional goals
  • Utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and movement analysis
  • Educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Collaborating with referring physicians, physician assistants, and fellow therapists
  • Accurately documenting treatments and progress notes using EMR systems
  • Contributing to a fun, team-based environment that prioritizes clinical excellence and patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong clinical skills in orthopedics; manual therapy experience a plus
  • New graduates welcome—mentorship and training available
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
