Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Location: Florissant, Missouri

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits


Position Overview:

We offer a wide range of therapies, including physical therapy, massage therapy, and wellness programs. With a team of highly skilled and compassionate professionals, we deliver care tailored to each individual, ensuring that every patient gets the personalized attention they deserve. Whether it’s reducing stress, alleviating pain, or promoting relaxation, we believe that every touch makes a difference.

As an LMT, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments that focus on relaxation, pain management, and muscle recovery. Your skills will play a critical role in helping patients feel better, move better, and live better.

Your Role:

  • Provide a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and myofascial release, tailored to individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to integrate massage therapy into comprehensive patient care plans
  • Educate patients on self-care, stretching techniques, and pain management strategies
  • Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations
  • Create a calm and welcoming environment that enhances the therapeutic experience
  • Stay current with industry best practices, new modalities, and relevant certifications

Requirements:

  • Current Missouri LMT license (required)
  • Proven experience in delivering a variety of therapeutic massage techniques
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
  • Passion for patient care and helping others achieve wellness goals
  • A team-oriented attitude and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of care
