Your professional expertise can make a profound impact on the lives of clients seeking mental help. We will pair you with clients based on your chosen demographics, removing the need for you to source for your own client.

Core Responsibilities:

• You will be meeting with clients via phone or video teleconferencing. This is a fully remote position.
• Each client session is 45 minutes and 15 minutes are for clinical notes and worksheets.
• All clients have low acuity and have stable mental conditions. The majority are women with depression, anxiety, corporate burnout, relationship issues, etc. You will never be given SMIs as these clients will be routed to a different platform.

Requirements:

You must have a valid Louisiana state mental health therapist license:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• You must not have any disciplinary actions on your license.

• You must have at least a Master's Degree.
• You must have a working laptop or desktop with a microphone or camera.

Salary and Benefits:

• $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked

• Counselors who work 30+ hours consecutively for two months will become eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
