Schedule:
We have full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
Responsibilities:
- You'll have lots of chances to collaborate with your colleagues in staff meetings, group supervision meetings, and one-on-one meetings with your team manager and clinical supervisor
- Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment programs.
- Individual therapy should be provided utilizing individualized techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.
- Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively and track client progress.
- Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or people who have difficulty getting around.
- To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.
- Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current state issued license: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- 2-year of full-time counseling experience
- Experience with couples, children, teens or families Clinicians with expertise to offer clients of color or the LGBTQIA
Salary:
$70,000-100,000 + Bonus
