Hiring Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

We are seeking a licensed marriage and family therapist to provide remote counseling and therapy services to clients on a part-time or full-time basis. The therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records of client progress. The therapist will work remotely, using telehealth technology to conduct sessions.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 yearly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using telehealth technology.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as appropriate to coordinate care.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Experience providing therapy services remotely.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
