Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job description

We're seeking therapists who are truly passionate about delivering individual, family, and couples therapy, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete all required documentation promptly by company policies and procedures.
• Provide group and individual evidenced-based therapy through modalities consistently with assigned clients.
• Completes detailed and timely documentation including biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and group and individual sessions.
• Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set them up for success upon discharge from the program.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in (LMFT)
• Active license issued by the State of California (LMFT)
• 2 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience.
• Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
