Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities:
- Participate in Child and Family team meetings, treatment planning meetings, treatment reviews and all other meetings and trainings as required.
- Complete client assessment, client treatment plan, treatment updates, discharge report; prepare and submit all documentation within required timeframes established by agency, contract, and licensing.
- Strictly maintain client confidentiality. Be responsible for the maintenance and safety of all client records.
- Expertise to effectively diagnose children and adolescents.
- Planning and implementing effective treatment strategies for children and adolescents.
Requirements:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in this field
- Knowledge of theories and research on personality and intellectual growth and development, individual differences, human motivation, and abnormal behavior.
