Looking for Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Type: Full Time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

We intend to completely reconstruct the mental health system. We are a group of enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and varied individuals committed to ensuring that all young people have access to high-quality mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Creates a treatment plan that includes an effective continuum of therapeutic, supportive and other services for the patients a variety and complexity of needs serviced by the program.
  • Participates in the quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the program.
  • Provides individual and group therapy to patients in the program and engages families in the assessment and treatment processes when indicated. Provides education to patients on recovery.
  • Maintains daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Active LMFT license
  • As well as a minimum of one (2) years of full-time experience giving mental health direct care services to children, teens, or young adults.
  • Experience working with people of faith and with male patients, across the lifespan, would be highly desirable
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, social service providers, and consumers
