Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Family Therapist

We are looking for a talented and dedicated therapists who would like to work independently while growing their clinical skills. We are a group private practice that encompasses a collaborative approach to our work environment. You will meet with clients to formulate an assessment with diagnosis and determine eligibility for admission.

SALARY
$100,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide individual, some family and couples therapy to children, adults, and families.
Create and implement treatment plans and quarterly reviews on every client.
Complete progress notes and all chart documentation within specified time frames.
Maintain appropriate case record documentation.
Actively participate in supervision sessions to continually enhance cultural competence and improve client outcomes.
Offer support, guidance, and advice to clients, empowering them to navigate challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Current licensure as LMFT or equivalent.
Must have 3 years of experience providing counseling services
Proficiency in crisis management and cognitive behavioral therapy.
