SALARY
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits

Our group private practice embraces a collaborative approach, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth. In this role, you will conduct client meetings to formulate assessments, provide diagnoses, and determine eligibility for admission.
SALARY
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete and evaluate mental health diagnostic assessments
- Create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Offer support, guidance, and advice to clients, empowering them to navigate challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Actively participate in supervision sessions to continually enhance cultural competence and improve client outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in counseling..
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Current licensure as LMFT or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and professionals.
