Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Full-Time)

As part of our team, you will help clients navigate their journey, offering compassionate guidance and evidence-based care to address their unique needs.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus excellent benefits.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate mental health diagnoses and therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and families.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy, referring clients to additional resources as necessary.

Your Qualifications:

• Active LMFT license.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Experience in addiction counseling is highly valued.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for dual-diagnosis clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills to inspire and motivate.
