Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Opportunity in Newton, Iowa

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Evaluate and address client goals and challenges.
• Implement customized treatment strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver well-rounded care.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of client progress.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Licensed LMFT in Iowa.
• Experience working with various cultural and social groups.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
