We are looking to add a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to our team to assist clients in fostering healthier relationships and meeting their life goals. This full-time role offers a collaborative and supportive environment, along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and create individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain thorough documentation while upholding confidentiality standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to refine your expertise.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
• Valid LMFT license.
• Experience using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
