Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Opportunity in Mason City, Iowa
We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families build stronger connections and find clarity through expert counseling and support.
Position Details:

Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic sessions for individuals and families, with a focus on improving emotional health and relationships.
• Design individualized treatment plans that address challenges such as family conflicts, stress, and mental health disorders.
• Conduct interviews to obtain comprehensive social histories and assess client needs.
• Offer guidance on treatment options, mental health resources, and recovery plans.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential client records.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, including benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience with diverse populations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
