Full-Time LMFT – Help Families and Individuals Achieve Balance in Grimes, Iowa
We are in search of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who’s eager to help individuals and families overcome their challenges and strengthen their connections through professional counseling and support.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals and families, working to enhance emotional health and interpersonal relationships.
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to challenges like mental health disorders, stress, and family conflict.
• Interview clients to gather in-depth social histories and evaluate their specific needs.
• Educate clients and their families about available treatment options, mental health resources, and recovery strategies.
• Keep confidential and accurate records of counseling sessions.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current LMFT license in Iowa required.
• Experience working with diverse groups.
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
