Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Full-Time Opportunity in Los Angeles California
We are currently looking to bring on board a licensed clinician to join our expanding team. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will specialize in providing consultations, assessments, and time-limited family-centered services.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, fostering positive change.
• Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Track progress and maintain clear, up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer a well-rounded approach to care.
• Assist clients during crises, ensuring they feel supported and heard.
• Continue professional development by keeping up with evolving mental health practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• California Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
• Skill in writing clear and complete clinical notes and summaries of clinical evaluations
• Knowledge of LMFT ethics and scope of practice
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
