Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Opportunity – Moorhead, Minnesota
We are thrilled to add an experienced LMFT to our dedicated mental health team. This role is a chance to work directly with individuals, couples, and families to provide compassionate and effective therapy services while building connections within the community.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Earnings: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Key Duties:

• Perform initial assessments and create actionable treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and couples therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate.
• Work closely with other professionals and local resources for holistic client care.
• Maintain detailed records of treatment progress and outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, especially with substance use concerns.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
