Hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Grants Pass, Oregon

We are expanding our team and seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver comprehensive therapy services to individuals, families, and couples in the community.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients and design personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based methods.
• Engage in training, clinical supervision, and professional development activities.
• Keep updated on new trends and research in marriage and family therapy.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.

How To Qualify:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active, independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Hawaii.
• Experience in creating treatment plans and providing therapy services.
• Strong communication skills for virtual interactions.
• Proficient with online therapy platforms.
