Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Full-Time Role in Wasilla, Alaska

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join a vibrant, supportive team, where you’ll make a real difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families. This full-time role offers the chance to provide meaningful therapy and facilitate long-lasting change.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Offer therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop thoughtful treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve meaningful growth.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Keep detailed records of client progress in a timely and confidential manner.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in Alaska.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• A passion for continuous professional development and ethical practice.
