Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Full-Time Position in Wasilla, Alaska

Type of Position: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
• Create customized treatment plans that suit the unique needs of each client.
• Use evidence-based therapy techniques to drive progress.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic client care.
• Keep up-to-date, accurate client records.

We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An LMFT license in Alaska.
• Experience with diverse client backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• A commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development.
