Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Role in Bend, Oregon

An opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide compassionate and professional care to individuals, couples, and families in Oregon.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package..

Key Tasks:

  • Perform thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for clients.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and training programs.
  • Follow professional ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
  • Keep updated with advancements in therapeutic approaches.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a similar field.
  • Active independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
  • Relevant experience in therapy and planning care.
  • Strong skills in communication, especially in remote settings.
  • Competence with online therapy tools.
