Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Role in Bend, Oregon
An opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide compassionate and professional care to individuals, couples, and families in Oregon.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package..
Key Tasks:
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for clients.
- Participate in clinical supervision and training programs.
- Follow professional ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Keep updated with advancements in therapeutic approaches.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a similar field.
- Active independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
- Relevant experience in therapy and planning care.
- Strong skills in communication, especially in remote settings.
- Competence with online therapy tools.
