Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: New Bedford, Massachusetts

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health care across Massachusetts. What You’ll Do

As an LMFT on our team, you will:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client population.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Support clients through relational, emotional, and life challenges using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals in a supportive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience with a wide range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, EFT, narrative therapy)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and clinical judgment
  • Passion for helping clients navigate relationships and life transitions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
  • Willingness to work in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity
