About The Job

We serve individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan with a commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive, and systemic work. As a practice, we value clinical integrity, creativity, and connection, and we’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who shares our vision of whole-person and whole-family wellness.

Who Are You:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or a closely related field
  • Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LMFT (or license-eligible within 60 days)
  • Familiarity with relational modalities (e.g., Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, IFS, Structural/Strategic family therapy)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and clinical issues

  • Commitment to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of LCSWs, LPCs, psychologists, and prescribers
  • Optional: Facilitate workshops or groups in areas like couples communication, parenting, or premarital work
  • Optional: Supervise pre-licensed clinicians if qualified and interested

What We Offer:

  • Remote-first flexibility – design your schedule around your life.
  • Competitive compensation with a steady flow of referrals.
  • Admin support for billing, client onboarding, and tech assistance.
  • Access to clinical consultation, peer support, and CE opportunities.
  • Optional benefits package for full-time team members (health insurance, PTO, etc.).
  • Opportunity to specialize or grow your clinical focus (e.g., trauma, perinatal mental health, LGBTQ+ clients, etc.).
