Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Earnings: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus extensive benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate therapy sessions that cater to diverse client needs, including individuals, families, and groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to design tailored treatment strategies.
• Use effective therapeutic techniques to address addiction and mental health issues.
• Keep precise and organized records of all client interactions.
• Engage with team members to improve overall client care.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active LMFT license in your state.
• Experience working in therapy or counseling roles.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work autonomously.
