Master Social Worker

We're looking for a Master Social Worker (MSW-C) to join our team and provide exceptional mental health services to our clients. As an LISW, you'll be responsible for providing therapy and counseling.

As a clinical social worker, you'll work with adult clients of various backgrounds to help them cope with a variety of mental health issues. You'll be an integral part of a team that includes other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and government agencies to provide comprehensive mental health care to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Provide individual therapy
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

• Must have a Master's degree in Social Work
• Must be licensed as an MSW-C in the state in which you practice
• At least two years of experience providing mental health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for a variety of mental health issues

Pay and Benefits:

• Sign-on bonus
• 90k-100k a year
