Pediatric Medical Assistant

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | Rotational Saturdays
Location: Bay Ridge & Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, NY

We're looking for a Medical Assistant with strong pediatric experience to work across two busy outpatient practices. This position involves managing approximately 40 patient visits daily, ensuring top-notch support for clinicians and families alike. Success in this role depends on your ability to adapt to different office environments and prioritize efficient patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Record vital signs and medical histories
• Set up exam rooms and assist during pediatric visits
• Administer vaccines and handle basic lab tasks
• Coordinate front desk activities, including check-in/out and appointments
• Support communication between patients and providers
• Keep rooms well-stocked and ready for care

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program
• At least 5 years’ hands-on MA experience
• Background in pediatrics or outpatient care preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Must be able to travel between both locations
