Experienced Pediatric MA

Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | Some Saturdays as needed
Locations: Bay Ridge & Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, NY

This role is perfect for an experienced Medical Assistant who’s comfortable supporting a busy pediatric team across two practice sites. You'll manage a consistent patient flow, assist with clinical needs, and serve as a vital bridge between families and providers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take vitals, update patient records
• Prep for and assist with pediatric exams
• Give vaccines and handle lab duties
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
• Respond to parent inquiries
• Maintain room sanitation and supplies

Preferred Background:

• Accredited Medical Assistant program graduate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Background in pediatrics a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Spanish-speaking a plus
• Must travel between offices without issue
