Looking for Internal Medicine Physician (Internist)

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to adult and senior patients, manage personalized care plans, and play a key role in supporting our mission to promote health and well-being in the community.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

Salary: $230k to $300k a year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough health care services to senior patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain patient management plans, record progress notes, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct regular check-ups, physical examinations, screenings, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Adhere to clinical standards, policies, and procedures, compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and personalized care.
  • Provide both in-patient and out-patient care

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Current Board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Active New York state medical license.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in internal medicine or primary care settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient education.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
