Job Title: Full-Time Internal Medicine Physician – Hospital-Affiliated Practice (Oregon)

Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

We’re looking for a Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our expanding adult primary care network. Whether you’re passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, or complex diagnostic workups, you’ll thrive in our patient-centered, team-based environment with deep clinical support and modern infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients, with a focus on chronic disease management, wellness, and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for a full range of adult health conditions
  • Collaborate with specialists, care managers, social workers, and behavioral health professionals
  • Manage a stable panel of adult patients with an emphasis on longitudinal care
  • Opportunity to participate in inpatient rounding or call coverage, depending on location and interest
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical case conferences
  • Mentor APPs or residents if practicing in a teaching hospital location
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification (or Eligibility) in Internal Medicine
  • Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • DEA license with the ability to prescribe in Oregon
  • Prior experience in outpatient internal medicine or academic medicine
  • Interest in managing complex adult patients and geriatric care
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and diagnostic skills
  • Comfort with or willingness to learn EMR systems
