Pediatrician

Position Overview:
A trusted outpatient clinic in San Juan Capistrano, CA is looking for a Pediatrician to join its care team. This full-time role offers a steady weekday schedule, a low-stress environment, and the opportunity to work closely with families in a supportive clinical setting. You'll be part of a group that prioritizes patient relationships and continuity of care.

Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine exams and wellness visits for newborns through teens
• Administer vaccinations and monitor developmental milestones
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric conditions
• Offer health education and guidance to families
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in EMR
• Coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists when needed

What You’ll Need:

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics
• Valid California medical license or license in progress
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
