Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Opportunity in Las Vegas, Nevada
Are you ready to make a significant difference in patient care? We are seeking a Pain Management/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician in Las Vegas, Nevada. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and treat elective and urgent consultations.
- Deliver patient care aligned with best practices and applicable regulatory standards.
- Provide evidence-based medical and/or interventional pain management tailored to clinical indications while maintaining high standards of care.
- Perform interventions using fluoroscopy or ultrasound as appropriate.
- Collaborate with paramedical clinicians, physicians, and other team members to support multidisciplinary pain management services.
- Regularly report to the Medical Director and work closely with the Clinic Manager, Executive Team, and Patient Access Team.
- Maintain ongoing professional development as required by regulatory bodies.
- Participate in team meetings, educational initiatives, and clinic social events.
- Ensure timely and professional completion of medical documentation and visit claims within the clinic's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
OTHER:
- Other duties based on need, including teaching, research, educational presentations, expert opinion report preparation, independent medicolegal consulting, and administrative tasks.
Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 a year plus bonuses, health insurance, 3 weeks PTOM paid malpractice insurance
Qualifications
- M.D. or DO Degree
- Board-Certified in Pain Management or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Accepting New Grads
- Must have a Nevada MD license in good standing and must be able to acquire registration, licensing in NV.
- DEA#
- It is preferred that you are in network with Medicare, Medicaid and in Commercial Insurances
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to provide instructions to patients, clinical staff, operations support teams and other physicians.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including personable and positive bedside manner.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Management Team.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and clinic staff
