Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
- Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Educate and support patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active license to practice as a
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.
