Job Title: Remote Mental Health Therapist

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy sessions to clients through our online platform. You will work with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their mental health goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using our online platform
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their needs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist:
    • LMFT
    • LPCC
    • LCSW
  • Experience providing individual therapy
  • Comfortable using technology and conducting remote sessions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
