Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapists Wanted at our Healthcare Clinic in Peoria, IL.

Horizons Counseling, LLC is looking for a dedicated professionals to join our team. We provide quality mental health care for individuals, families and communities to the region in response to their mental health needs. Our team of professionals are trained to deliver personalized, culturally responsive, and compassionate care to all of their members. As Therapist, we provide thoughtful support, a space to process, and solution-focused care to our clients.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

  • Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

  • Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, and Psychology.

  • Required valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state.

  • Demonstrate specialized training and extensive experience in mental health counseling.

  • Showcase exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, establishing rapport and motivating

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.


Salary:

  • $80,000 to $100,000 + Benefits and up to $1000 Sign-on Bonus
