Full-Time/Part-Time Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselors Position Needed for our Psychiatrist Clinic.

We are looking for Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team of behavioral health clinicians to raise the standard of healthcare for our patients in the region. We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for patients holistically through their healthcare journey and ensuring needs are met with industry-leading interventions.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

40 hours a week

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients via a video-based encounter with individual teletherapy.

  • Perform virtual comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.

  • Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.

  • Collect, record and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history and reports.

  • Passion for our mission of improving the world's health through compassionate care and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, Art Therapy or Psychology.

  • Required valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

  • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions

  • Experience using electronic clinical systems

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.

  • Two years of minimum related experience.

Salary:

  • $80,000 to $100,000 and up to $1000 sign-on bonus
