Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, encompassing individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in moments of need.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in strict compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment and research.
  • Actively participate in regular supervision and training opportunities to continually enhance clinical skills.
  • Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines and professional standards as outlined by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
  • Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and dedication to client well-being.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
