Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Therapist Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, passionate about mental health, and experienced in providing supervision to practicum students. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our emerging therapists while also contributing to the delivery of psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or in their Master’s program
  • Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy

Requirements

The Ideal Therapist has:

  • A Master’s Degree
  • A Valid State license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Two years experience
