Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide intake services to determine appropriate treatment interventions
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and case histories
  • Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing therapy
  • Provide supportive counseling services to an assigned caseload
  • Conduct and complete client case consults
  • Monitor client progress in treatment
  • Recommend treatment plan revisions or other appropriate dispositions
  • Maintain accurate and professional case records
  • Document each case activity
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding clients
REQUIREMENTS
  • Applicants must have a master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Must hold current state licensing in LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
