Job Responsibilities:
- Provide intake services to determine appropriate treatment interventions
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and case histories
- Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing therapy
- Provide supportive counseling services to an assigned caseload
- Conduct and complete client case consults
- Monitor client progress in treatment
- Recommend treatment plan revisions or other appropriate dispositions
- Maintain accurate and professional case records
- Document each case activity
- Maintain confidentiality regarding clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must have a master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Must hold current state licensing in LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
- Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
