What You'll Do:

  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health counseling for clients
  • Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc.
  • Support your clients in setting up either person or career goals, relationships, etc.
  • Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
  • Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills essential when engaging remotely through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype
