Join Our Team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LICSW)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' goals and preferences.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients to explore coping strategies and develop skills to manage symptoms effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary range:

  • $115,000 to $130,000 per year

Requirements:

Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling

Licensing: An independent license (one of the following) issued by the state board, limited/provisional license not accepted:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature

Strong computer literacy skills
