Job Description:

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients with diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
  • Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health therapy.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
  • Must possess an active License in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT,)
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client counseling
  • Proficiency in respective field of mental health training, client care, and clinical documentation
