Licensed Mental Health Therapist: LPC, LMFT, LCSW

Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 yearly

About Us:

Loriann Fetter Counseling & Psychotherapy (LFCP) is urgently hiring a licensed therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) to join our Team.

We help kids, teens, men, women, couples and families work through an array of issues from anxiety, depression, adjustments, grief & loss, trauma and more.

The ideal candidate is caring, motivated, responsible and able to manage time well. They are open minded to grow as a professional and develop strong clinical techniques, work with different populations and disorders and values a friendly, stress free office environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to use a device/computer
• Ability to set hours and create a steady work schedule
• Ability to work with kids is a plus
• Complete assessment and forms with clients when needed
• Abide by Practice policies
• Conduct in person sessions
• Respond to messages in a timely manner
• Develop working treatment plans for each client
• Submit documentation in a timely manner
• Attend monthly Team & Case Consultation Lunches
• Weekly case consultation

Education & Requirements

• Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania
• Masters degree in Counseling or related field
• Reliable transportation

Education:

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• Therapists & Counselors: 2-3 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT License (Required)
