Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000
Role Description:
This is a remote role for an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC. As a remote therapist, you will work with individuals, families, and couples to facilitate mental health wellness. You will evaluate client mental health needs, and develop and implement individual treatment and care plans. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the patient's care team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to address various mental health issues via telehealth
- Utilize crisis management techniques when necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active California license as a Mental Health Therapist. (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- At least 3-4 years Experience in patient care and counseling
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
- Knowledge of coding and documentation practices
