Salary Range: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Therapist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. The Clinician will be providing a variety of clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy to all ages of clients.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one and group therapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
  • Consults with Clinical Director in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
  • Participates as member of the credentialing committee.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings including collaboration with psychiatric providers and other organization clinical staff.
  • Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
  • Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).
  • Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field. (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
  • Active licensure in the state of Washington.
  • You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
