We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to clients in need of behavioral health services, with a focus on child and family counseling. The Social Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their knowledge of crisis management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and medical terminology to address a range of behavioral health issues.
SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide social work services to patients and their families
- Conduct assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of patients
- Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, to address the behavioral health needs of clients.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology or a related field.
- Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT in the state.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Anticipates and adopts new technology and provides feedback to drive innovation.
- Ability to recognize, address and resolve conflicts in a professional, collaborative manner.
