Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Needed

We deliver high quality care health services, without exception. The mental health therapist play an integral role as part of the broader multi-disciplinary care teams to ensure patients are receiving appropriate mental health services to outpatient clinic settings. SALARY:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients;
Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility;
Assesses the patient's medical history, mental health history, and current presentation to understand the patient's needs from treatment;
Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders;
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs;
Conducts psychosocial assessments;
Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary; and
Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have 3-5 years of experience.
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
Current State Licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
Computer Skills, i.e., email, word processing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
