Full Time Position as Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Therapist to join our mental health agency. In this role, you will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, groups, and families facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive, holistic care. SALARY:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, groups and families who are experiencing mental health issues
  • Conduct client assessments to determine mental health needs
  • Update and implement treatment plans based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in mental health regulations and resources
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current, valid and unrestricted license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC in the state.
  • At least 3 years of total experience within mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local mental health regulations and resources
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
