Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) Needed
SALARY:

We provide quality clinical mental health assessments and consultation to providers and supporting clinical care team staff as necessary. They are responsible for triage and management of patients with clinical issues related to their behavioral or psychosocial well-being.
SALARY:
- $90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs and appropriate interventions.
- Utilize standardized tools and clinical interviews to assess mental health conditions, substance abuse, and social determinants of health.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to address mental health and behavioral issues.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with measurable goals and objectives.
- Coordinate care and services for patients, including referrals to community resources, follow-up, and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Must have at least 3 years Clinical recent/related experience.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current State of Pennsylvania License as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
