Looking for a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Private Practice.

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice recently relocated to a spacious new office. Salary Range:

$100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits

Responsibilities:

Provide individual or family therapy
Conduct psychosocial assessments, Mental Status Exams, and identify special/high-risk issues
Formulate diagnoses and provide consultation, referrals, and coordination of care between providers
Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, including realistic treatment plans with clear outcomes
Maintain accurate client records in compliance with company standards
Uphold ethical professional relationships with colleagues and respect therapeutic boundaries
Manage caseload and schedule to maintain professional standards

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychology.
Active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
Must have at least 3 years of recent, continuous experience as Mental Health Therapist.
Proficiency in treatment models appropriate to clinician’s modalities and scope of training
Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
